Broccoli Casserole
2 pkgs frozen or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
cook and drain well
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp grated onion
1 cup mayonnaise

Place cooked broccoli in large greased casserole. Combine soup and 1/2 of cheese, eggs, onion and mayonnaise and mix. Combine rest of cheese and 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs or crumbled cheez-its (cheese crackers). Sprinkle over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
