Apple Crisp
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 to 2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups peeled apples
3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
Mix water and cinnamon a little at a time. Slice apples in casserole dish and pour cinnamon and water mixture over them. Mix flour, sugar, and butter with hands until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the apples and bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350°.
