This is a view of snow peaked Mt. LeConte from Newfound Gap Road (Hwy 441; Gatlinburg, TN to Cherokee, NC).
One of the Mt. LeConte trailheads is 4.5 miles from the Chimneys picnic area and 9.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg.
